A Trusted Partner and Advisor

Seeking a motivated and results-driven Business development executive to join a growing digital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, preparing proposals, and securing projects through online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other bidding portals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects across multiple freelance platforms
  • Prepare customized proposals and cover letters tailored to client requirements
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand project scope and requirements
  • Negotiate project terms, timelines, and budgets to close deals successfully
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Maintain records of bids, proposals, and client communications
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Online Bidder, Business Development Executive, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of freelance platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to draft professional proposals and client messages
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
  • Basic understanding of IT, web development, design, or digital marketing services

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems
  • Knowledge of project management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
  • Familiarity with SEO, web design, or app development services
  • Knowledge of AI tools and tech
